WebX International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 8521) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cloudpotent Limited, has entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Pansemi (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. This partnership focuses on the supply and operation of computing power for WebX’s cloud-based computing and internet traffic services.
Under the agreement, WebX will procure computing power resources from Pansemi on a preferred and prioritized basis. The total contract value is approximately HK$30 million, to be delivered progressively over a 24-month period. Pansemi will recognize WebX’s subsidiary as a strategic core customer, granting priority access to computing power and preferential commercial terms comparable to those of other major partners.
“This strategic partnership with Pansemi, the official sales partner of WhatsMiner, one of the world’s leading Bitcoin mining solution providers, marks a key milestone in WebX’s execution of its Bitcoin Accumulation Company (BAC) strategy,” said Abraham Gomez, investor in WebX. “By securing computing power on a preferred and prioritized basis, WebX positions itself to mine Bitcoin at a discounted rate, enhancing operational efficiency and establishing a clear competitive advantage over other publicly listed Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) companies.”
The WebX Board believes this cooperation will play an important role in supporting the Company’s overseas expansion and enhancing long-term growth. Through large-scale computing power procurement, WebX aims to achieve stronger cost efficiency, greater supply stability, and consistent delivery of high-quality cloud and digital-finance services worldwide.
