USX has introduced the first powered private neodollar, marking a new phase for digital currencies. The project is positioning this asset as a private, gasless, and spendable alternative that still fits into the broader crypto economy. With a target yield of 10–15%, the launch signals USX’s attempt to redefine how users interact with stable, yield-generating assets.
Additionally, the powered private neodollar goes live with a simple mission: make crypto function like real money while offering institutional-grade returns. The asset is private and gasless on Scroll, and it becomes spendable through ether.fi Cash in Q1. USX will operate as a usable currency that also generates steady returns when staked.
A new era of money is here.
The first ever neodollar:
> private
> gasless
> spendable
> 10-15% yieldCrypto is becoming the world’s financial rails.
And USX is crypto built right. https://t.co/foGCzS1m9t— Sandy Peng (@Sandypeng) November 19, 2025
By introducing a powered private neodollar, USX is building with cross-chain movement in mind. The team confirmed that the system will run on LayerZero from day one. This gives USX mobility across supported networks and makes it easier for the asset to integrate into DeFi platforms, wallets, and partner projects.
The goal of USX is simple
Make crypto feel like money
Make institutional grade returns accessibleGasless + private on Scroll, and spendable via @ether_fi Cash (Q1), USX is usable money that gets you 10-15% when you stake.

How USX Works
USX users can get the token, stake it, and earn between 10% and 15% APY. Staking is central to the design. It offers yield, mobility, and access to the platform’s reward structure. The company also confirmed that a transparency dashboard will go live this week. It will show a live APY chart and display how funds are allocated.
While key features like privacy will require Scroll, USX will be powered @LayerZero_Core from day one.
This enables USX to move freely across supported networks, integrate seamlessly throughout DeFi, and connect with users everywhere.

Early users who pre-deposited funds can now transfer USX or sUSX to their own wallets. Once they sign a message on the platform, balances become visible on the Portfolio and Earn pages.
If you previously pre-deposited, sign in and transfer USX and/or sUSX to your EOA wallet.
You should see an automatic pop-up when you access the site.
Once you sign the message, you will be able to see your USX/sUSX balance on the Portfolio or Earn page.

Expanding the Network
USX is launching with a points program. Users can earn points by holding, staking, and spending USX across partner integrations. Pre-deposit points have already been carried over, and new points accumulate from today.
The broader message from the team is consistent. Crypto is becoming global financial infrastructure, and USX wants to position itself as money built for that future; private, mobile, and usable across chains.
