The resort will be only 25 minutes by speedboat from Malé. It will offer about 80 ultra luxury beach and overwater villas aimed at travelers who want privacy and comfort. The goal is to open by the end of 2028. For comparison, the tokenized real estate trend has been growing fast. Last year, real estate tokenization volumes in the United States and Europe passed one billion dollars, according to market tracking firms.
