At launch, $JupUSD will be fully collateralized by USDtb, a widely used digital dollar. This means each $JupUSD token will be backed 100 percent by a real asset. Over time, Jupiter plans to add USDe as collateral to optimize yield rates for users holding or deploying $JupUSD.
