GAMEE and Animoca Brands are thrilled to announce that AlphaTON Capital (Nasdaq: ATON) has signed a letter of intent to acquire a controlling interest in GAMEE and invest directly into the $GMEE token.
This transaction would make GAMEE the first ever NASDAQ-listed Web3 gaming company.
