On October 28, the first-ever spot Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), and Hedera (HBAR) Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) in the US began trading on Wall Street. Canary Funds' HBAR and LTC ETFs, along with Bitwise's SOL ETF, have officially launched, as previously anticipated.
SOL, LTC, and HBAR ETFs Commence Trading
Bitwise launched its Solana Staking ETF (BSOL), which debuted with nearly $223 million in assets on October 28, according to observations by Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas via X. Earlier, Balchunas had predicted that BSOL would achieve $52 million in volume on its first day of trading. It is also noteworthy that Hong Kong's first SOL ETF went live on October 22, and Volatility Shares launched two SOL futures ETFs in the US in March.
Concurrently, Canary Funds introduced its HBAR and LTC ETFs. The Hedera Foundation celebrated this milestone via X, highlighting Hedera's institutional-grade network. The foundation mentioned that in addition to this spot HBAR ETF from Canary, there are 12 other ETFs filed for HBAR from significant entities, including Grayscale, REX Osprey, and 21Shares.

Canary's HBAR ETF has been listed on NASDAQ under the ticker HBR. The Litecoin Foundation announced that its LTC ETF, trading under the ticker LTCC, has commenced trading. This marks the first-ever Litecoin ETF to be launched in the United States, and it is listed on NASDAQ.

According to data shared by Balchunas, BSOL recorded $10 million in volume within the first 30 minutes of trading. HBR saw $4 million in volume during the same period, and LTCC recorded $400,000.
HBAR, SOL, and LTC Price Movements
SOL, LTC, and HBAR experienced price surges on October 28. HBAR recorded the most significant price increase for the day, currently trading above $0.2, representing an increase of almost 16% in the past 24 hours.

SOL and LTC also saw notable price increases on October 28. SOL is currently trading above $202, marking an increase of over 1.6% for the day. LTC is trading above $100, up by more than 2% in the past 24 hours, following an earlier price spike.
