Chintai, a Singapore‑based blockchain company and a Singapore‑licensed fund manager, Passion Venture Capital (PVC), have entered into a strategic cooperation agreement to promote the adoption of digital assets and real‑world assets in Asia.
PVC, known for backing high‑growth ventures in Asia’s expanding economies, sees the strategic cooperation as a timely move. CEO Davy J. Goh commented, “We have been working with Chintai for nearly three years and are impressed with their disciplined approach to building a regulated RWA tokenisation business since 2021”. Chintai’s white‑label platform provides end‑to‑end infrastructure for tokenising regulated assets, including bonds, real estate, and private funds, with automated on‑chain compliance, governance, and secondary market trading capabilities. This solution enables financial institutions to expand product offerings, improve liquidity, and serve a new generation of investors.

Chintai and PVC aim to become the bridge between traditional finance and regulated blockchain infrastructure for Asia’s capital markets. This strategic cooperation builds on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in 2023 and an investor engagement event on the Passion BioTech and MedTech Global Fund.
