On the global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 160.58 million KRW. This difference resulted in a price gap of 5.71 million KRW, translating to a Kimchi Premium of 3.56%.
Altcoin Premiums in the Korean Market
Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a Kimchi Premium of 3.61%. Other major altcoins also displayed similar premiums on October 26. Solana (SOL) was at 3.52%, XRP (XRP) at 3.58%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 3.38%, and Shiba Inu (SHIB) at 3.97%. The majority of top altcoins are currently trading with premiums in the 3.3% to 3.9% range.
