The company now expects fourth-quarter net sales to decline by high single digits compared to the previous year, with earnings per diluted share projected to be at least $1.70, down from $2.09 in 2024. This revision reflects continued negative consumer sentiment and the impact of existing tariff rates.
For the full year, the company anticipates a decline in net sales, revising its growth projection from 1.5% to 2.7% to a decline in low single digits. Full-year earnings per diluted share are expected to be at least $2.83, compared to $3.61 in 2024. Adjusted earnings per share are forecasted to be at least $2.87, down from $3.29 in the previous year.
The strategic transformation plan is expected to drive future growth, with a focus on cost savings and reinvestment in revenue-generating initiatives. Bath & Body Works aims to achieve $250 million in cost savings over the next two years, with the majority realized in 2026.
